excellent housekeeping good gym expensive breakfast dispenser coffee
The hotel included an excellent housekeeping service. i enjoyed the gym. It had good facilities.
Breakfast cost 25 euros. This was really expensive for a basic buffet. dispenser coffee was the only option.

the staff was attentive and accommodating. a welcome drink was offered upon arrival. the gentleman at the front desk took our luggage to our room. he also explained the hotel.
i found the breakfast very expensive. it was a basic buffet. dispenser coffee was included. our room was very small and dark.

helpful staff comfortable bed private spa
i felt welcomed by the staff at arrival. elena at reception was helpful with local tips and hotel details. i found the room clean with comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast costed 25 euros. I found it expensive for a basic buffet. the coffee was from a dispenser. THAT was slightly disappointing.

the top floor includes a jacuzzi, sun beds, and reading area. guests can reserve the spa for private use for one hour. this spa offers a pool and sauna, that is quite NICE.

The general manager took time to explain palma's attractions. reception staff were helpful. They provided restaurant suggestions. i appreciated the attentive and personable SERVICE.

large gap air conditioning
the staff were friendly. the room was clean.
the noise was terrible. i was on the first floor, and i could hear conversations at reception. this was because of the large gap under the bedroom door, which let light in. the air conditioning was also problematic and took a day to fix.
